IN Residence lives here

Right from the very beginning, the IN Residence project has been held in one single setting, where all the workshop's experimental activities are held: Du Parc Contemporary Suites in Turin. This location, built in the early-1970s and based on a project designed by the architects Laura Petrazzini and Corrado Levi, has always been considered a very interesting building representing Turin's version of modernism.

Designed with great attention to detail, this tall building manages to combine the rationalist style with the expressiveness of brutalism in a very original composition featuring an alternating a combination of extensive glazed areas, strictly white walling and exposed reinforced concrete surfaces.

Within its walls, mainly dedicated to the luxury apartments of the accommodation quarters or reserved for carrying out common events, is hosted an extraordinary collection of modern and contemporary works of art, including masterpieces by great artists such as Carla Accardi, Giovanni Anselmo, Giuseppe Penone, Gilberto Zorio, Thomas Struth, Fischli & Weiss, Marzia Migliora, Elisa Sighicelli, Alighiero Boetti and Richard Woods

The stay in the luxury apartments of the Du Parc Contemporary Suites is made even more special by the excellent quality offer of the facilities: in addition to the renown restaurant, a fitness center equipped with a variety of workout machineries, the building also accommodates the Du Parc Oriental SPA, a spa facility created by using natural materials like black stone and rosewood, drawing inspiration from the design of traditional Japanese bathrooms.

Although located very close to the centre of Turin, Du Parc Contemporary Suites is set in a privileged environmental context: it enjoys the natural beauty of the nearby banks running along the River Po, while boasted by the presence of Valentino Park, the biggest, best-known and oldest area of greenery in the capital of Piedmont.
